INTRODUCTION TO COLLAGE

This course is open to all levels of experience and will be facilitated in english.
Collage explores new ways of re-imagining our surroundings and making strange what is familiar. As a ‘copy and paste’ medium it has never been more relevant in today’s image-saturated society.
Using magazine clippings and other easy to find materials, Nina Fraser will guide participants through a variety of collage techniques and methods to inspire your approach to the medium. Adapting to the online platform, she will deliver exercises you can easily do on your kitchen table.
This course includes references to Art History as well as contemporary artists who use it as a process or as a final work.
| Hours: Tuesdays: 9, 16, 23 and 30 of June from 3 pm until 5 pm
| Tuition fee: 70.00 + 5.50 school insurance
| Teacher: Nina Fraser
